Compensation
Refers to the Producer’s payment, which includes a recoupable advance and a share of net profits from the recordings. The advance is paid in installments and must be recouped before any royalties are earned. The Producer is entitled to a percentage of net profits, calculated after deducting all related costs and expenses.
